I created this content strategy for Northern Arizona Healthcare in January 2014. The document provides a high-level overview of the organization's web presence, a strategy for improving that presence, and a detailed plan for implementing that strategy.
The web is a vital method of communication for healthcare organizations: 36 percent of internet users have looked for information on hospitals and 44 percent have searched for information on physicians and other healthcare providers. Our web presence should be a tool to reach those users and enact the organization’s mission to transform the health of our patients and their families in the communities we serve.
